Meat & Butcher
Only the finest natural meats. Our grain-fed meat is free of hormones, preservatives, steroids, nitrates, nitrites and antibiotics, and the grain is regularly tested for pesticide residue.
We only sell products from animals raised in a natural and humane manner, and we provide old-fashioned butcher-shop service to help you make the right selections. All of our USDA Choice beef, poultry and seafood are delivered six days a week to ensure freshness and quality. Your family will taste the difference.

Seafood
Some of the freshest local fish and seafood around, wild-caught and sustainably farmed fish, scallops, lobster, shrimp, sardines and local swordfish. For quality, variety and price, the best fishing spot in town.
Our seafood is delivered six days a week, several times each day. There’s never any mystery: everything is labeled with country of origin and whether it’s fresh or frozen, farmed or wild-caught. Check for the ‘catch of the day’ for the freshest locally sourced fish.

Our relationship with local growers gives us an inside track on what’s especially good at various times of year, and where we can maximize value to stretch your grocery dollar. We carry a wide selection of organic produce year-round from local growers, too.

Bakery
Your grandma would love the way we bake, wholesome, pure ingredients and never any preservatives or trans fats. Our bakers start at daybreak so your tart, muffin or pastry is fresh from the oven when we open.
Original breads and desserts are made from scratch with the purest natural ingredients, using aluminum-free baking powder and never conditioners or pre-mixes. Look for the sticker marking items developed by our master bakers, and grab a fresh French baguette for dinner; chances are it’ll still be warm.
