Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Serves 4 |
Sweet, crispy, crunchy goodness.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons salted butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 bag frozen corn, 16 oz. |
2 oz cream cheese |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
- Place the butter and honey into a large skillet. Bring to medium heat. Cook and stir until the butter is melted.
- Add the frozen corn. Cook for about 10 minutes, occasionally stirring.
- Add the cream cheese. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over top. Cook and stir until the cream cheese has completely melted.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Spoon onto serving plates and enjoy!
